Poor customer service.

<p>I had the most terrible experience at the Alberton City branch. I purchased a ring, and for this ring I had to go to the Alberton City mall multiple time and we still do not have the ring.</p> <p>1. I go to store and buy the ring. Ring goes for resizing. After a week then I go collect it. it is the completely wrong size and does not fit.,they send it back, a week later I get a call to say the stone on the ring is chipped so they sent it back. It has been 3 weeks now since I have purchased the ring and I STILL DO NOT HAVE IT. It was supposed to have been for a very special occasion and now the person whom it is for does not even have it. All we get told in the store is "SORRY". I do not stay near Alberton City, it costs petrol to go to that branch everytime. I am very disappointed at the service and the Alberton City mall. A jewellery store that specialises in jewellery cannnot get ONE ring resized correctly.</p>
