Bought a beautiful wedding ring 9ct from American Swiss in Sandton city 2 years ago for R30 000 got my diamond certificate. So just about a month after having it the stones on the ring fell out sent in for repairs and it was fixed but at my cost but 2years later you’d swear this ring was bought for just R100, half the stones have fell out the colour has changed to make matters worse I went into one of your branches close to where I work which is Randburg Square branch to be assisted to at least take in the ring for repairs, which was the worst experience of my life your consultants looked at me like I was petty and seemed so bored that they handed me a cloth to clean my ring one of them said just take ring dip it in the silver liquid for her and give her cloth and continued then with their conversation and one advise me to buy the cloth and my ring should be fine but I'm still sitting with a ring that turned bronze and no stones this saddens me to think we took our last savings came into American Swiss thinking we would get the best quality that would last over 10years atleast yet the quality of you rings don’t even last over 2years which is AS good as buying jewelry from the street.
