Purchased a R12000 ring for my engagement , went back to resize it to my girlfriend perfect fit . I was then told that I had to pay .no where did anyone communicate this to me before purchasing the ring . Manager showed no interest walking off an speaking . Disgusted and frustrated R12000 later American swiss poor communication an poor service . Thank you for making my special moment a disaster
