Poor Answering skills
I have been trying the whole day to get through to American Swiss in Southgate, the people are not picking up the phone, how is it that no one picks up the phone but there is 2 to 3 agents in the store. this is poor service and right now i am not happy. I would like an agent to call me back that is working in that store please, American Swiss Southgate store. ***
