Police watch not lasting
Good day
I took my watch at American swiss Mall at Carnival for battery replacement. The watch was not even a year old Spend more that 3k on it and the battery stopped working. I was charged R400.00 to replace it. So my question is you manufacture watches that don’t last not even a year and charge us to replace a battery after purchasing it for 3k. We where told by the assistance there at American swiss that battery is free to my surprise I am expected to pay R400.00. American swiss sells things for 3k not lasting not even a year and we are charged for this. Never will i buy anything from there.
