Please assist me on what to DO

I have been paying my account for more than a year without purchasing anything and my instalment remains the same. I went to the local branch and called head office requesting an answer and was taken from pillar to post. I was promised it will change after 6 months and today it's more than a year. No one has answers for me, even the manager told me that there is nothing she can do. American Swiss is not honest
