Phone Repair

Good day<br> I bought a phone (Huawei) at American Swiss at Wonderpark-Pretoria in August 2014. on the 5/12/2014 the phone just switched off and never worked again. I returned the phone on the 6th of Dec & I was told that I will get it back in 4 weeks. I received a call on the 22/12/14 and I was told that I can come collect my phone. I did so and when I got home I noticed that the phone was still not working. I returned it on the 23/12/14, I was then told that Vodacom does not repair a dual sim phone and that there is nothing they can do. After a fight, they agreed to send it to an independent service provider and that I should check it in a week. I gave them 2 weeks & in the middle of 01/ 2015 I called the store but I was told that they only send it 2 day before my call. since then, I have been calling the store and every time I call, nobody knows anything about the whereabouts of my phone. on the 21/2/2015, I went to the store to demand a new phone or my money back but the manager said that she will make it a point that I get a respond on the 23/2/15. Today I called the store 25/2/2015 & was informed that they took it for repair 2 weeks ago. The store refuses to give me a new phone
