Payment taken for watch that is out of stock

If it was possible I'd this company rate 0 stars. Guys please don't use the American swiss online store , I ordered a watch for my Husbands birthday as they were advertising it online, I completed the payment and I was informed the order is still being processed it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd but they just sent me an email now telling me that my order has been cancelled, they didn't even have the decency to call and notify me before I made the payment that the watch is out of stock and to make things worse my Husbands birthday is in three days and they're telling me I have to wait 3-10 days BEFORE receiving a refund 🥺💔even if I wanted to place another order I'd have to make another payment, I must say I'm really disappointed because I really trusted American swiss after receiving my refund I'm never shopping with this store again, I didn't expect such incompetence from this shop honestly
