PATIENT & WILLING TO ASSIST

My husband bought me the most beautiful watch & bracelet set at American Swiss for my birthday last year November in Cape Town.My bracelet needed adjustments so i took it to the Worcester branch as my office hours are spent in Worcester.A friendly & professional Staritta did the adjustments effeciently. After a few days, the part that clips the bracelet together became loose. I took it back, Staritta remembered me and offered to give me a new one because they had the same one in store, I said it wasn't necessary as long as she can just fix it for me. This year the same part broke, i took it back, Staritta still remembered me and didn't come with those threats one often gets from retail stores that they'll investigate & if its the consumer's fault they won't replace. She still had a smile and said she'll call me to collect it the following day as they'll need to replace the part. Within 2 hours she called me saying i should come and collect my bracelet as they had the part in store & fixed it there & then.i was so chuffed talking about underpromising and over delivering. with her attitude she should be in a leadership position! I just hope I've got her name right :-).
