Pathetic service giving me the run arround!

Such bad service from Siraaj at canal walk branch tells me i can bring in the ring i bought to have it resized now im walking with the ring again as i had to leave because they still need to liaze with the sizing department. This ring isnt insured why should i take the risk why cant the company take the risk as i cannot hand the ring over because they still need to discuss if the ring can be resized.14 feb went into the store and his conveniently off.im so irritated!
