Pathetic service from American Swiss

In December I opened an account at American Swiss, Potchefstroom. At the end of January I went to pay my account fully and close the account. I even signed that the account is closed.

February/March I received another bill regarding my account that needs to paid. I went into the store- I was told that they can not give me an explanation to why my account has not been closed, but they can not help me either unless I pay the amount on the received account again, which I did again. I was told that the account will be closed at midnight, because it takes a day to process. A few days later I went into store to make sure that the account is being closed- I was told no the account is not closed, but there is nothing they can do for me and there is still another amount outstanding that needs to be paid, they have phoned head office and they will sort this problem out.

March/April I received another account. I have already paid an account that should not have been paid in the first place because it should have been already closed. No one can give me guidance or assist me in this problem, and they expect that I just need to keep on paying, while the *********** personnel must somehow figure out how to do their job properly . Where in the history of the business sector do you close an account fully, but still needs to pay it?

The personnel of American Swiss (especially the customer care part) is the most *********** people I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend doing business with them in any way and especially do not open an account with them.
