Pathetic service

I took my ring to American Swiss Waterfall Mall in September for polishing and resizing and was notified that I would get it back within 7 days. After 2 weeks I called the store to enquire about my ring and was told it was still with the jeweller. I called again 2 weeks after I told it was still there and then got an sms to come collect. When I got there my ring was broken into 3 pieces and the jeweller claimed I sent it like that even though the person that received it stated otherwise. It was then taken back to the jeweller and to this day I have not received any feedback. We are now almost in December my 13 year ring is not with me and I have never been this long with it. American Swiss I want my ring back!!!!@
