Pathetic Service- American Swiss Tyger Valley

I bought an item at Tygervalley Branch during last week. Went back to return the item on Monday. The amount paid on my debit card could not be refunded to me as they apparently did not have any cash on hand and could only refund a credit card.

The sales lady, Siphokuhle Gomba said I must just come back later on to see if they have cash then. I asked her to give me time, just said no I must come back. The so called Managaress, Angela heard our conversation and just said I must come back at any other time as it was too early for them to have cash (It was just after 12h30.) They did not even bother to take my number to phone me to say when I could go back to get my money. This is unacceptable! When I phoned today, 48 hours later they apparently still does not have cash...at least they took my telephone number today. I suppose now I will just have to wait and see if they will phone me! Pathetic to say the least!
