Pathetic service

The staff at American swiss are very rude when I was interested in purchasing a Item but they refuse to even greet when I entered the store. There were two staff on duty but neither of them greeted or advised me that they would assist I even called out to one of the staff to enquire if one of my store account could be used there she was so rude to me. Disgusted with the service
