Pathetic Response to Refund
I bought a ring and they sent it for resize. After the the resize the ring doesnt look the same and i dont like it. I asked for a refund as a bought it cash but they cant take the ring back because it has been resized. I was not informed about this so now they cant help me. I dont want the ring, I want my money back
