Pathetic Quality

I had bought a Tempo Rose gold watch from American Swiss La lucia last year December, I have only used the watch twice from December till now. The watch is now black in color. I did not use any perfume on it or water. I sent it back to American swiss and they sent the watch back saying it is gold plated and they can not do anything about it. I have owned many tempo watches which I have bought from other stores be it gold and silver and years later the watches are still in immaculate condition. Really dissapointed as I am a regular customer at American swiss.
