Pathetic jewellery

Me and my now husband, bought an engagement ring worth R15 000 in March 2014. Since then I've picked up drama. First time I had it made smaller. You could see where it was worked on and the 09ct stamp was nowhere to be found in the ring. Sent it back for fixing. Came back was happy with it. Then not even two months of wearing the ring it became yellow. So I sent it for replating. Then unfortunely my ring was ****** so I claimed through insurance and went back to American to get the same ring. Eventually they found one. Sent it for resizing, came back with my diamonds being burnt black. Sent it away again. It came back, Some diamonds still black. At this stage it was past the point of return. They had to get me another one! They managed to find me one again. Not long after wearing it one of the diamonds fell out. Went back and they replaced it. Acc to other jeweleres the white gold has a crack in where they put the skew diamond back. I want my ring to be replated and my wedding band to be attached. But no one wants to work with my ring!!!!!! They say it's bad quality and diamonds still burnt. I'm so over American swiss. I either want a new ring made or my R15 000 back 2yearsofdrama
