Pathetic disregard for Customers at American Swiss Bluff towers

I had visited the American Swiss @ Bluff towers, Durban on 2018/10/ 20 at approximately 11:50 am in order to change a battery on one of my watches....

Upon entering the store there were two female staff who were on the floor and an Indian lady of whom I attempted to approach in order to attain assistance,however as I approached her she gave me a nasty look,rolled her eyes,snubbed my friend and i in total disregard,She then immediately took a walk behind the counter where she remained throughout my stay,

One of the other two friendly staff assisted me and advised me that they do not replace guess watch batterys in house ...

I thanked the two of them and left.

I have purchased several watches from this store and I am totally disgusted at the attitude of her behavior toward customers, She was not wearing a name badge either for some strange apparent reason

It is because of people like her that your company gets a bad name and I will definaltly not be shopping at this branch again.

Perhaps she does not like helping her own race or maybe she does not like helping male customers.I did not say or do anything for her to snob me.

This person needs to be sent for training as she lacks peoples s****s She did not even greet us or acknowledge me however she did the complete opposite and seems to have an ora about herself

Please make sure that you do not place people of poor character and lack of customer service s****s to interact with customers It is people with this kind of nasty attitude that will tarnish your Companys reputation!
