pathetic

I sent in my watch for repairs because it was still under warranty,I was told it would take 48 days and I would get a call if it indeed needs repairs or just a battery,till to date no one called,my watch was sent in November 2015,after several attempts to find out what's happening about my watch to whatever staff member at the time of my request,I get given the run around,so on the 23/01/2016 I spoke with a lady Martie who checked for watch if it has returned and to my surprise it has,but absolutely nothing has been done,so the 3 months later I am stlll watchless,and once again I get all the apologies but still no watch.
