PAID UP ACCOUNT AND INTEREST CHARGED

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I phoned and requested the settlement amount, which I then paid, the payment shows on my account on the 12th October, there is interest charged on the same day, how can they charge interest when the full amount was paid up. I then phoned the head office and was told that they would remove the interest, this was never done, I then phoned again and was told the same thing, I even asked them to correct the spelling of my name as it is wrong and my email address.<br> I then went to the Boksburg store and the lady there phoned head office as well, she told me they would remove it as well and we should check it on Tuesday the 9th December, the interest has still not been removed and more interest is being added. If the Boksburg store cannot get head office to do their job then how am I as a client suppose to??????<br> <br> I would like this matter resolved or I will never purchase from American Swiss again.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> Wouter Kruger
