Over charge for repair

<p>In December 2015, I bought several jewelry items for my wife. Within the first 4 months, a cubic zirconia had fallen out of two of the items. She had only worn them three or four times.</p> <p> </p> <p>We only recently had a chance to bring them through to a store and they were sent away for quotations.</p> <p> </p> <p>We just received a quotation of R 670 to repair the watch. This watch is currently retailing in store for R 699! How can one cubic zirconia cost R 670?</p> <p> </p> <p>Could someone please get in touch with me.</p>
