over a month to make bracelet smaller

I bought a bracelet for valentines and took it to american swiss to make it smaller, on the 14th Feb. It is now over a month and im stil waiting for it. The people at american swiss phone the workshop, nobody answer, they email them for updates but nobody reply them. they can't give me a refund as i have purcuse the bracelet at them, their policy state they cant refund me because i send it in to make smaller. Now i ask however receive this complain, that I want that bracelet within a week or you wil give my money back no matter what your policy say. I will rather next time go to Port Elizabeth to a diffrent jeweler shop and not support american swiss again.
