Online shopping: American Swiss

ONLINE ORDERS: No service after online order. I ordered and paid for a personalized necklace on 13 November 2019. Today on 23 December 2019, still nothing recieved. Enquiry telephone number as per website *** is not working for more than a week. Head office at *** transfer you but you can only leave a message and nobody returns your calls. Very bad service delivery!!
