Not taking responsibility

I would like to mention my outmost dissatisfaction for the service I received from American Swiss Silverton -Eastway Centre,I went in dully frustrated and went in the store asked to use their phone as I have an account with Sterns, I was assisted by a lady by he name of Tsholofelo not helpful at all, she just gave me customer number and said I must call them at my expense that she cant give me their phone cause I will misuse their store Bill, when I explained my frustration and why I needed to call customer care she just laughed in my face,<br> <br> I have my sterns account more than I can remember I have never seen, someone taking tings so lightly kind make me wonder why people go to work, I am disappointed in this pathetic service I feel sterns will now loose a valuable customer and don't think I can ever recommend them anymore. This Tsholofelo must really be reprimanded and reminded she is the to help, and need to go to a customer service course
