Not impressed, I want my money back!

I bought a sterling silver ring at American Swiss almost two months ago, I took it in to get it made smaller, which they did (it took like a week). Then when i get the ring back, one of the cubic zirconia's was missing. I take the ring back for it to be replace (there is a 6 months guarantee on the stones). Today is 1 month and 1 day ago and I still haven't received my ring back. Their excuse is "loadshedding", which i think is BS as loadshedding was only now for the past 5 days, they already had the ring for 3 weeks before the loadshedding started!!!!

I have a good mind to go back to American Swiss and ask for my money back for this ring and take my business elsewhere.

And i bet they won't even respond to this complaint!
