NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AT ALL!!!

I am not happy with American Swiss i gave them a ring to make bigger (It's mt daughters birth stone) and they did, but i put it on like 3 times and the place were they made it bigger came loose!!! I live in Piketberg so does not go to the shops that often, when we where on holiday in Cape town i went to Cape gate American Swiss and they Charged me over R200 to make it right again!!!!<br> <br> and i just felt why??? you made it bigger and it came loose so it is your responsibility to make it right again!!!<br> <br> REALLY NOT HAPPY!!! what must i do with the ring now???? i wens to American Swiss in the first place because i trusted there service and know the quality of there work, but now i don't think i will buy anything or do business with them again!!!
