Not happy

My husband brought me an engagement ring on 1 JUNE 2024,on Monday i realised the diamond is missing and i took the ring to american swiss store where the consultant told me she gonna book the ring for repairs and they will see if they charge me or not,i asked charge for me for what cause its not even 2months the wing was bought,don't american swiss have a warranty for rings?i m not happy at all
