Nope dont go there

The one star is too much to rate the service received by American Swiss Lichtenburg ( my son bough a chain bracelet for his girlfriend ) the person that sold the bracelet to us is so rude and did not even greet us. So after giving her the bracelet that is too big we called American Swiss in her town ( Krugersdorp Cradle stone mall) to find out if the can make it smaller, the person confirmed that they do it there. She went to the Cradle stone outlet yesterday and yet another rude person infront (not greeting her) telling her they cannot help her. She went out the shop.. calling the same place that sent her away and yet again they told her they can help with resizing the bracelet... So I think by what I read also that this retail company is either training the workers to be the badest in customer service or they just dont care anymore. I do not remembet American Swiss to be this bad, I loved buying there, and thought to share the place with my son.. what a joke. Will return the bracelet, as with beter service I would of maybe gave it to a private institute to resize but nah, not gonna bother. ( BTW my son spent all his money on this)
