No way to treat the public nor any policies displayed

I got a present fir my birthday was bought on the 8th of January nowhere in the shop is any policies of returning items. When we arrived to the shop please note i took pictures at the start is a sanitizing bottle and 2 steps from there is a counter my mom a astma person walked in puts her hand bag down on the counter which is still far from any of there staff to put her bags down and get her sanitizer bottle out of her hand bag. The rude lady came please sanitize. She did not even greet us. What kind of unprofessional staff do you keep in your front shops? Anyway understandable they have to send it back but as i said no where is a return policy. Hope i do not have to deal with this rude lady again Michaela.
