No Watch repair

The 16 of Feb 2019 I had my Watches send in for repair at American swiss, they said I would be on the most 6 weeks. 6 weeks had past on the 30th of March. I was their on the 4 of April and it was still not repair, I ask how it is possible and then the lady said that the repair shop is stock taking and it will be finished on the 9 of April 2019. I ask them to just send my watches back so I could take it to another shop. the 10 of April I went their and ask again if my watches is their or when will it arrived and they cant give me an answer.

I will never do business at Secunda American Swiss again.
