<p>I took my wedding ring for repairs at eastgate branch on the 8th of july this year and everything was alright, on the 23rd of 11 i went to sterns in alberton city and bought a cleaning water for my wedding band as iv always had issues with it changing colour and they would say that its the skin chemicals, the young lady who assisted me there told me it should sort it out. on the 06th this month i soak it in for 10 seconds as per instructions on the container only to have my wedding band come out looking grey and metal eatten my the liquid. i'm so hurt and dissapointed and they telling me that i was have the ring booked for repairs again as i damaged it. how if i followed the instructions.</p>
