No Service from American Swiss

I sent my Police watch for repairs under warranty at American Swiss Kathu branch. I received the watch as a gift that was bought at Kathu branch. This was on 22 March 2022. Since then I have been at the branch 3 times, two of those their system was offline and they could not assist me. I left my contact details each time and they promised each time that they would get back to me. They have failed to keep their promise every single time. My gift that I received has no been with American Swiss longer than what I owned it.

I am very disappointed with the service from this Company and would recommend consumers out there to not use this company as you get absolutely zero service from them.
