No return call as promised to provide feedback

I had my name made on a chain at American Swiss, and later realised that other shops do it with a birthstone next to it, I went into American Swiss and asked the ladies there (cant remember their names) if they could find out for me if the jeweller could put a birthstone on for me, they said they would find out how far production is and call me on Monday, I asked if they had my details and I gave them my invoice to make a copy so that they would remember my details and they insisted they knew my details and had it on their system, today is Wednesday and I still havnt gotten a call like I was promised.
