No Manager available for a day

I visited the Springs branch of American Swiss on 13 Feb 19 to purchase a gift. I requested a gift receipt as I was going to send it to DBN. There were 3 ladies there however none were able to do a gift receipt only the manager could and she was on leave. I asked them how can they run a store without full functionality for a full day I was not given an answer. I left the store without purchasing the gift.
