No feedback or contact after my first hello peter
My spouse passed away and i have been trying since 21 April 2015 to close her account and get the funeral benefits paid out. Even after logging a Hello Peter complaint on 20.5.2015 and promises that someone will contact me the service remains bad and the issue has not been resolved and no one has bothered contacting me. Unbelievable
