No feedback at all

I was at the Greenstone branch in Johannesburg two weeks ago because I wanted to order an extra link for my Tempo watch. I gave all my details to the lady working there and I still have not received feedback. All she had to do is call me the next Monday and quote me with a price. This was on the 14 of October 2018 at approximately 11h00 - 12h00. This is pathetic! Mediocre I tell you!
