No Engagement Sorry

This is now VERY disappointing. I had a very special engagement ring made because it had to be in a specific size. When I paid the 10% deposit, I was told that it would take 20 to 25 days, I assumed working days. When the 25 working days arrived, I phoned to find out what is going on, they told me that it would be here the next week, when the next week arrived I still heard nothing and I phoned again to follow up. They said it should be here the Friday (Friday being 32 working days now already from date of order placement.) Now that it is THE Friday, they phoned me to tell me it never left Cape Town so it will only be here Monday. SERIOUSLY!!!! You are aware that engagements some times need to be planned and made special, right?? It won't be much appreciated if I just walk into the room, throw the ring at her and say : "your ring was late so here is your ring now". I did make plans carefully planned out to also include family and friends that live out of town but who would be in town this weekend. NOW they are all going back home after the weekend and there is no engagement ring. I had to also cancel the special dinner reservations and all the plans are down the toilet. THANX A LOT American Swiss!!!!! How can you manage a business where the DEADLINES are not kept?? Especially when it comes to import things like engagement rings ?? What the hell man?? You can FORGET that I will trust you lot to make my wedding rings, we might just walk down the isle then with no wedding rings to give each other on our special day. VERY disappointing and totally unprofessional.
