no after sale customer service

Good day,<br> Since i file my complain and American Swiss promised that the area manager will get in touch with me in the week that passed nothing yet happened. I'm still waiting for them to contact me. I realy do think their promises are empty as the holes where diamonds were suppose to be in my heartpendant. That is realy sorry. For now i'm forced to go back to them, claim my money back and go buy somewhere else where people strive to give their best aftersale service and love to make their customers happy. After all Diamonds are a girl's best friend...<br> Kind regards<br> Jackie
