NEVER BUYING ANYTHING AT AMERICAN SWISS EVER AGAIN

<p>HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM AMERICAN SWISS</p> <p>I bough my phone at american swiss in Polokwane Mall of the North. 6 months later, phone started giving me problems. I live in Northcliffe's so I took it to the nearest branch which was at Crests. I made countless follow ups on it, but still nothing. Their supplier hasn't even fetched the phone for repairs. I was told it would only take 2weeks for repairs but now its January and my phone has been by them since October. I'm beyond angry and annoyed by such pathetic service. I am never buying anything ever again from them. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM AMERICAN SWISS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional store! im beyond angry at this moment b ecause i feel like i purchased a ****py phone from a ****py store who do not respect nor understand good customer service. this is my second review in a complete month and still no ****** response!</p>
