NEVER BUY YOUR RINGS THERE!!

I got my engagement ring there in 2014 nd mid 2015 I had it resized, because it ws big! It seem like they cut a line and glued it back! I had it resized for R100 nd had they told me to fix it will cost R430! No 1 wants to take responsibility and they have a nerve to tell me this things happen and they not gonna go through a pile of paper to check when I got it resized, coz if I dnt remember it's too much work! I was told white gold is too soft, so I must expect it!I'll make sure everyone knw Abt this ! Total ********??????
