Need better assistance

I bought a ring on the 15 December.. i went to refund it today 23 December, it has only been a week .. the ring is still in good condition i haven't even took it out of the box .. the store manager took my number and told me they don't have the money but when they get it they will give me a call but the problem is .. that im leaving this previous city and im moving to a new one within two days so i can not wait weeks for the refund
