My ring not resized

On 14/11/2015 my fiance bought me a ring at american swiss woodlands in pretoria. The ring was big and Busisiwe told me they can get it resized for an additional R100 and will get the ring on 18/11/2015. My fiance went to collect the ring today and the ring still doesn't fit me. I'm so upset because she took the measurement while i was there but the ring is still big. Now we have to spend our money and time to take it back there. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to wear the ring this weekend
