I bought the ring for my wife for our wedding in September 2022 after a week that I purchased the ring the ring break one of the gold Stones came loose after that we took the Ring in and they told us at American Swiss that we can change the ring and take another one . Then after 4 month the second ring break again also the stones of the cold came loose we took the Ring in on the 14 of February 2023 and on the 21st of February 2023 I got a reply from the American Swiss team that I have to pay for a ring more than R1900 because it was a wear-and-tear they told me I just saying because you buy the ring you spend a lot of money because it is investment and that is how they treat me very rude and with money that I don't have for the first time. I'm just saying that I purchase is ring for more than R4,000 now I still have to pay more than a R1900 to make this thing right and they don't want to refund or make it right for me that is what did Julia said and also the area manager of the overberg American Swiss team. From my experience of buying this ring was just a no no because it's not a good quality and if you buy a ring that was that type of money it's supposed to last a long time but unfortunately it did not so I will not recommend anybody to even shop there because the quality of the rings and The jewellery is not good and it's a lot of money and he's not worth it for your money
