I purchased a rosegold necklace that was broken within the quality Gaurantee and was charged for a repair only to find out that that it should've been replaced. The chain has broken twice where the repares has been done. Swaswa was the sales executive and the area manager refuses to assist Moses Molawa. When phoning the area manager he hangs up the phone mid conversation. And the refuse to do a refund on what clearly is a faulty item. The Branch is Wonderboom Junction
