Missing Diamond

in April 0f 2015 I bought together with my wife, our wedding rings from American Swiss Clearwater.<br> <br> Having only looked at the ring and fitting it on only in the shop I was excited to have fitted and put it on to wear the day of my wedding the 9th of May 2015. it was only an hour into my reception when my photographer pointed out whilst I was cutting my cake that my diamond was missing, my night was ruined. my wedding ring was ruined.<br> <br> I am disappointed in American Swiss and now require full action, either a repair or replacement and if you cant accommodate me then refund me.<br> <br> my wifes wedding was ruined as the pictures were never the same.<br> <br> truly not happy.<br> <br>
