Misleading and Incorrect Pricing

Its no a good day. I went today (15/05/2016) to purchase wedding rings for both me and my fiancé. I was so disappointed when we were told that the is a mark up on the price for my fiancé wedding ring and when I saw it, it had a clear price of 999 not 1999. Its not my responsibility to change or mark any prices on goods and I am disappointed in American Swiss. As soon as I settle my account , I am going to close it. The Manager (Angie) and the teller (katleho) were not helpful. I need feedback on how and what they are going to do fix the inconvenience . I am prepared to only pay 999 for that ring that chose for my fiancé. Call me on *** or ***. Regards Mr Ngobese
