?Mislead customer ?

We purchased a ring to the value of R10 000 in late 2017. This ring is white gold but is now almost full yellow. When I went to the store on 17.03.19 I was told that the ring needs to be plated every 6 months. Had I known this at the time of purchase I would have not purchased the ring, and would have opted for a plain gold ring instead. The sales reps are quick to make sales off us without informing us of all the finer details. Be weary when spending heaps of cash in these jewelery stores.
