Messy and Rude

Service at American. Swiss is beyond terrible.... The staff are unfriendly and rude... I purchased a watch yesterday but was not advise on the warranty at all when I enquired she got the terms and conditions all wrong she had to be corrected several times.... No smile from any of the ladies..... The pay point was a mess
