Messed up engagement
Messed up engagement by American Swiss Bela Bela!! After 2 weeks of negotiation, empty promises, cash request by AS employee for a ring that was to big and a party that never happened, we are still not engaged and without a ring!!! We will never do business with American Swiss in South Africa again. We waited 10 days for the Manager to contact us and still nothing happened!!
