When we bought a ring at AS in canal walk, firstly there was so much issues before we could leave with the ring, the managers not knowing the specials and advising on the wrong products etc. When we were ready to pay the customer service agent did not inspect or wipe the ring. few days later when we took the ring back(please note it was worn once and put back in the box)

And then when we went back to the shop they took the ring to the back and all of sudden it came back with a scratch and said they cannot refund the ring.

after back and forth for 30 minutes we decided it was not worth arguing with them, my reccomendation is to stay away from these ****mers.
